Couple

The work explores the relationship between alterity and proximity through a composition reduced to two anthropomorphic forms arranged within a tense and delicate equilibrium. The dark silhouette, modelled in blueblack tonalities, and the luminous form constructed in intense orange incline towards one another until they meet in an almost ceremonial touch. The ground, treated in pale shades of pink, beige, and cool grey, sustains this encounter without situating it in a concrete space, thereby heightening its symbolic character.
