Punch

The work explores theatrical identity through a stylised composition in which the human figure is reduced to an ensemble of fluid forms and essential signs. The dialogue among restrained tonalities of green, brown, and ochre, dark contours, and the schematic expression of the face gives the image an enigmatic presence poised between mask, character, and symbol.
