Revolt at Sea

The work explores the relationship between solitude and nature's unpredictable force through an almost monochromatic composition in which the dark silhouette of a vessel emerges from a turbulent expanse of sea and sky. The dialogue among cool grey and blue tonalities, the fluid movement of matter, and the geometric presence of the sailing boat lends the image tension, gravity, and a meditative atmosphere.
