SelfPortrait

The work explores identity through an abstract, layered, and fluid composition in which the figure appears simultaneously to emerge from and withdraw into the chromatic matter. The dialogue among green, blue, ochre, and white tonalities, diffuse gestural traces, and the emergence of denser, almost recognisable areas lends the image mystery, mobility, and restrained expressivity poised between revelation and dissolution.
