The Confrontation

The work explores the tension between force and vulnerability through a frontal composition reduced to essentialised forms and powerful chromatic contrasts. The silhouette, constructed from dense brown matter, appears as a closed, almost defensive structure within which a luminous area opens, delimited by a creamywhite contour. The central space, dominated by blue and traversed by pink accents, suggests a sensitive nucleus exposed to external pressure. The ground, composed of pink, violet, and blue, intensifies the tension between envelope and essence, between protection and exposure.
