The Twin Brother

The work explores the double and a shared origin through an abstract composition constructed from the radical opposition between a brown mass and the white form that traverses it. The luminous space branches like a body, a communicating vessel, or an embryonic structure, linking the central nucleus to the circular form in the lower register. The dark volume suspended within this network appears simultaneously protected and captive, like a presence attempting to detach itself without being able to deny its origin. The chromatic economy and monumentality of the signs invest the image with an archaic tension.
