The work explores the balance between delicacy and contrast through a still life composed of diaphanous floral forms arranged within a simple yet expressive structure. The dialogue between the strongly contrasting ground, in shades of red and deep blue, and the fragility of the pink, white, and green tonalities gives the image luminosity, rhythm, and sensitivity.
